Ken is a veteran executive with over 40 years of experience as a CFO, COO, CEO, board member, and strategic advisor across ten Boston-area companies, including three public companies and a multi-billion-dollar division of a Fortune 100 firm. A former Big Four CPA and software investment banking co-lead, Ken has raised more than $1 billion in capital and completed 86 M&A transactions. He brings deep financial, operational, and governance expertise to Greatpoint HR’s Advisory Board.

Michael is a global HR executive with more than 30 years of leadership across Fortune-level and high-growth companies. He has led large-scale human capital strategy as CHRO and EVP of Global HR at First Advantage and previously held senior roles at Wolters Kluwer, Harcourt, Columbia House, and Accenture. Michael advises Greatpoint HR on product strategy, organizational growth, and the evolving needs of HR leaders.
