Our founders spent decades at the center of the compensation technology industry, leading product and data strategy at Payscale, Payfactors, and Salary.com. They built platforms used by thousands of compensation professionals and watched firsthand as the market pricing problem resisted solution after solution.
Spreadsheets were too fragile. Legacy platforms were too rigid. Data products were disconnected from the workflow. Compensation teams were spending more time managing tools than doing the work those tools were supposed to support.
Greatpoint HR was founded to change that. Not by adding features to an existing platform, but by building a purpose-built market pricing system from scratch, with modern technology, a connected workflow, and the kind of domain expertise that only comes from spending a career in this space.
